So let's make the first post an updated depth chart. That way we can assess team needs before the draft:
QB - Cousins, Mannion, Browning
RB - Cook, Mattison, Boone, Abdullah
FB - Ham
OT - Reiff, O'Neill, Hill, Udoh
OG - Elflein, Samia
C - Bradbury, Jones
WR - Thielen, Sharpe, Johnson, Beebe, Hollins
TE - Rudolph, Smith Jr., Conklin
DE - Hunter, Odenigbo, Zettel
DT - Pierce, Stephen, Johnson, Holmes, Watts, Mata'afa
LB - Kendricks, Barr, Gedeon, Wilson, Smith
CB - Hughes, Hill, Boyd, Fields
S - Smith, Harris
K - Bailey
P - Colquitt
Team Needs: CB, OG, DE, WR, S, DT, OT, RB, LB, Developmental QB
Notes on Needs: The CB depth chart looks perilous when you write it down. There is no clear starters with established credibility and depth is shallow at best. The guard position looks like a train wreck. Defensive end is thin and unproven behind Hunter. The interior DL is short on established rushers, though they can stop the run. WR is in need of a talent injection, preferably physical blockers with polish. The safety position has no depth. The OT position could stand an upgrade which would allow Reiff to move inside or be cut. LB and RB could stand an infusion of young developmental talent. Same with QB.
Draft process: Using The Draft Network Mock with trading ability on. Vikings picks to start every draft:
