I'd like to formally welcome everyone back to QB hell. This is where we will all predict that every guy is 'the guy'...
Then we will spend countless hours thinking about or posting content trying to evaluate the college class which let's be honest it's laughable...
Evaluation of a QB transitioning to the NFL is damn near impossible. The guys who get paid millions of dollars to do so even suck at it. They are all just lottery tickets, sure some have a higher % of hitting but it's really just a bunch of malarkey. Nobody can project a QB's potential with any accuracy that's why hall of famers and long term starters are drafted out of rnd 1 a ton of the time and why guys like Trevor Lawrence get built up for 3 years and are only average players.
This is where podcast like Purple Daily have hour long podcast about Kellon Mond and how we need to draft Malik Willis.
It's gonna be a painful ride... A lot of awful takes, a lot of NFL talking heads pretending they can evaluate QBs a lot of nauseating fans pretending they can evaluate QBs... and everyone in denial and swearing the next guy is "the guy"... 🤮🤮😔😔
For me I'm taking a different approach this time Im gonna assume every guy is absolute garbage until one proves me wrong...
But here is the question...
Over/Under 15.5 QBs that will start a game for the Vikings before we find another that starts 6 years in a row.
By my rough count we went 26 QBs between a 6 year starter last time...
