After the CFP National Championship has concluded and before we get to the NFL Combine that starts on 2/28 and runs through 3/6, Senior players get the opportunity to showcase themselves in Colleg All-Star Games, which typically include a series of drills/practices throughout the week leading up to the game itself. The teams are often coached by various members of NFL coaching staffs and the Senior prospects are able to talk to various scouts & prospective teams and it gives everyone more information on how they might fare in the NFL in the NFL.
We'll use this thread to keep track/tabs on all the 2023 College All-Star game activities, news and most importantly, which 2023 NFL Draft prospects improve their stock and which one's did not.
Here's a brief description of each game/event and what level of players are involved:
Senior Bowl
Typically the "cream of the crop" in terms of College Senior Draft talent, you have everything from Day 1 players all the way to FCS players trying to make a name for themselves. Senior Bowl week takes place in Mobile, AL each year.
2023 Dates: Practices are 1/31, 2/1 & 2/2, game takes place on Sat 2/4 at 1:30PM ET (televised on NFL Network)
Players Selected in 2022 Draft: 106 (82% who participated in event)

Shrine Bowl
This is next best game/event in terms of level of Draft prospects behind the Senior Bowl and is the oldest College All-Star Game, first played in 1925. The game/event is sponsored by Shriners International and all proceeds go towards charitable foundations such as the Shriners Childrens Hospitals. Recently, the NFL has been trying to prop this event up more to correspond with Pro Bowl week - the week between the Conference Championships and the Super Bowl. In 2021, the event/game was moved to Las Vegas to try and entice more prominent Draft prospects to participate in this event over the Senior Bowl and the dates for this event now overlap with the Senior Bowl so prospects cannot attend both. Prospects from this bowl are typically more Day 3 prospects trying to move up to Day 2, with a recent push to add more Day 2 prospects. Pro Football Network seems to be the "unofficial" website for this game now.
2023 Dates: Practices are 1/28, 1/29, 1/30 & 1/31, game takes place on Thurs 2/2 at 8:30PM ET (televised on NFL Network)
Players Selected in 2022 Draft: 45 drafted with all other players signing UDFA deals
Rosters: can be found here: link
NFLPA Collegiate Bowl
Probably the next "best" game/event behind the Shrine Bowl. This All-Star game was started by the NFLPA in 2012 to showcase some Day 3/UDFA level prospects to earn invites to the Combine and ultimately get drafted during the Draft. The game currently takes place in the Rose Bowl.
2023 Dates: Practices are 1/24, 1/25 & 1/26, game takes place on Sat 1/28 at 6PM ET (televised on NFL Network)
Players Selected in 2022 Draft: 19, with another 79 signed as UDFA
Rosters: can be found here: link
Hula Bowl
Prospects here tend to be late Day 3 and UDFA-level and since this is typically the first game/event of the calendar, prospects that do well here are often time invited to either the NFLPA Collegiate or the Shrine Bowl. The event takes place in Hawaii, but has moved to Orlando due to repairs to the stadium in Hawaii. Draft Diamonds.com is the "unofficial" affiliation for this game/event.
2023 Dates: note sure when practices were, but game was Sat 1/14 at Noon ET (televised on CBS Sports Network)
Players Selected in 2022 Draft: 8 (all in 6th/7th Rd)
Rosters: can be found here: link
There are other All-Star games like the Tropical Bowl, but the rest are really for UDFA-level players that are just trying to get invited to Spring Rookie Camps, then Training Camps and ultimately get on NFL Practice Squads.
