But Vikings? Until they show they are willing to move on ill always be hesitant
Eh, they may hang on to Cook and/or Thielen, but Kendricks is toast. He wasn't good in 2021, and fell off a cliff in 2022. Kwesi also did not restructure his deal like he did with Thielen and Smith, which led me to predict over the summer in 2022 that Kendricks would not be with the Vikings in 2023.
At this point, I'd say I'm 95% confident he's cut. The other 5% is if he takes a pay cut... but they should really go out and find a long-term partner for Asamoah. And even if they can't, then spend that money on another position like CB.
If Dalvin walks aren't the Vikings paying him 7+ million next year just like the Pukers were paying Z this year?
Correct, though they can lower it to $3.5M if he signs at least a 2 year deal (the other $3.5M hits 2024). I would guess he is back, but his price could be up there. I expect he'll get at least $12M a year.
Mike never benched anyone.
It's weird how that's true, yet it was a culture of fear? Like, nobody lost their jobs until the offseason. Maybe he needed to strike more fear into the hearts of our bad interior offensive linemen.
