Barr/ Players attitude towards restructuring!

Vision clouded my behind.  Yeah cut throated for us. Way better QBs have way better team friendly deals yet we paying Cousins a fully guaranteed one. Everybody cut throats yet we paid Teddy to rehab just to leave, Reiff a extra million when the contract didn't call for it, Udeze when he had cancer. AP after he beat his child. Barr who cried to stay, because he wanted to stay even though he wasn't in our plans lol. I tell you what I say cut him then if he want 15, let someone else give him that. Good luck and more power to him if he can. Maybe there is a dumb team or 2 out there, if that but I doubt it. Cut throats but we paid him a lot of money in advance projecting future. And what did we get in return half ass performances. You are funny 😂.

Paying him like that is bad business. This a performance driven league, but you think I'm lying? Even other jobs that is life. If my job promotes me to manager, and my department messing up, what they gonna do huh? Demote me if I don't like it there is the door. Same concept here. We not being mean to him, we pay and take care of our own. In return you have to perform or lose your status. That's not cutthroat that's intelligence. Pay 💰 people what they are worth, I am all for paying studs not duds though wasting money. Barr not completely trash but not worth that much, we got to shave some of that cap hit. For the record I am talking about our team, I don't care about the others. We do things pretty fair sometimes to fair, and pay to many of our own, which is why we have this problem. Sometimes we hold on to guys a bit to long being loyal. We should have let Barr walk like we planned to the first time.
