I have a question which needs answers

Rick finds talent, but his problem is at the launching point. He makes critical errors, like OL, QB panic trades. He hasn't learned from those mistakes. This article starting to sway me that it is time to clean house. If we miss playoffs it's gonna get ugly on here. Once I team up on team fire everybody sh*t fixing to hit the fan. They got 5 weeks to keep me or I am changing sides like promised. My patience is running thin, I been fair and gave them a chance. We have to much talent for this every other year crap.

Maybe because I am attached to the team because what it means to me personally. Game day is putting on purple and gold and hanging with friends and family. Game day is going to the stadium with the kids and watching their eyes light up. Game day is a break from normalcy and just creating memories with friends and families. I am a Vikings fan because of all this. It's in my blood.

I feel bad for the people that are only attached to the team only because of wins and losses.

You don't just go out to the "Proven Playoff Winners" store and pick one out on the shelf. We understand they are not easy to come by, and the ones who are proven are obviously not available. We understand that we potentially could hire the next Adam Gase who will be a total disaster. That doesn't mean that we shouldn't go out and FIND THE NEXT ONE when we KNOW FOR A FACT that what we currently have ain't it. The risk is 100% worth it. I don't see how difficult this is to understand. Are you all so fragile that you are not willing to endure some 3-13 seasons in the pursuit of a Superbowl? Or do you seriously need the comfort of knowing that we most likely will with 7-9 games on a regular basis so you can justify your Rick Spielman printed wall paper?

Behind door #1, you have Rick/Zim/Kirk. They present a proven 0% chance at a Superbowl.

Behind door #2, you have our next unknown GM/HC/QB. They have not yet proven to be a 0% chance, thus they are already a far better option than door #1 by default.

All that being said, as a fan base, we definitely have a different approach to this. There are real people and real jobs on the line in the NFL every single day. There are bottom line revenues that need to be met by NFL teams. There are very big financial interests at play when it comes to coaches and management keeping their jobs. 7-9 wins consistently with the playoff appearance every 2.5 seasons usually doesn't get many people fired in the short term nor does it keep people like Funkytown from buying up all the vikings merchandise. That being said, we obviously shouldn't be thinking in that mindset. The fact that you all aren't furious and rioting in the streets of MN over the fact that this team has not won a superbowl and is doing nothing but keeping the status quo is beyond me.

I been on the not fire everybody side. But when something comes out that is saying exactly what the critics been saying... you must look into it. I support whatever we do, but I want to win. I am a man I can admit when I am wrong can you? Sticking your nose up at something quoted, when it should give you pause don't it? Or are you to prideful for that and stubborn?

Huh lol, legends that is a weird statement. I will cheer win or lose, but I  watch for wins. Why in the hell would you waste your time if you was not in it for wins. We may not always win, but I go into every season and every week hoping for a W. That is the goal right for your team to win? I am not in the business of watching for whatever, I want and expect wins lol. I take my kids on vacation or to the park for fun. Watching Vikings on Sunday's is all business for me period.

It is a offensive league now. We lost Diggs over the old school approach. Jefferson has a chance to be all world, don't wanna piss him off down the road over the conservative approach. This younger generation have to be coached different. They don't like the total dick approach, you have to be able to relate to them or lose the locker room.
