Now, Andy Reid may break that in this Super Bowl, But, apparently getting to the Super Bowl is what defines a "winning culture".

So, who invented this 5 year time frame? It's the only possible explanation isn't it. They didn't' do it in 5 years therefore they can't do it. So I have to ask, why aren't other teams giving their coaches and GM's this 5 years to work their magic? How many coaches hired since 2000 have had less than 5 years to turn a team around? Let's just take the Browns.

Palmer 2 years
Shurmer 3 years
Davis. less than 2 years
Crennel 4 years
Mangini 2 years
Chudzinki 1 year
Pettine 2 years
Jackson 2+ years
Kitchens 1 year.

Apparently the Browns haven't heard of the 5 year plan.

BTW, every 21st century coach and GM? Explain Gruden and Allen in Washington. Wait, that kinda busts your theory of every GM and Coach hired in 21st century. Never mind.

I think I misunderstood what you were saying. Every Coach who made it to the Super Bowl who was hired in this decade did it in five years. Which would mean that's why Gruden was fired. Which is why Zimmer should be let go. Because Grudens 35-49-1 and one playoff game is equivalent to Zimmers 58-38-1 three playoff games. In your theory, there is no difference in the two. Both must be gone.

It is a valid concern. I wasn't going to mention it, but was thinking it myself.

It is a valid concern. I wasn't going to mention it, but was thinking it myself.

Esp. Since we have gone through it with OL Coach Sparano.

His health was a huge concern when he collapsed on the field in 2013. If I remember, Wade Phillips had to take over mid season for Kubiak. Maybe the stress of that sh1t season pushed him over the edge.

One of the biggest reasons DeFilippo failed so miserably in 2017 was because of the absence of Sparano.

If you want to go off of win % break it down for me. How many have come vs winning teams? How many SB rings? You want to flaunt the win % give us the meat of it. Also who gives a sh*t about any other HC/GM of any other team. Let them keep trying. Our HC/GM both fit what has proven to be past the time to cut the cord. So how smart is your stance lookong now? Jon Gruden went to Tampa won the Super Bowl his first year then proceeded to have two sub .500 seasons in a row Managed to squeak out two more WC games before leaving 6 years later. Tampa hasn't been back to the playoffs since he left.

Is that week to week month to month year to year or what you want to make it fit.

So what NFL team has a win% of .788? Is that something you made up I can't find that anywhere? I don't recall any franchise having a win % that high..

I will also tell you the Vikings are in the top 10 in win% and what has that done for our trophy case?
