Or, now stick with me here ... some of us want to win a championship and aren't satisfied when we see an obvious weakness that could bite us in the a$$ later? Some of us who remember this teams choking capability? Some of us might think there's always something to work on. Is that more inline with a championship mindset or is that more inline with the play it safe attitude? Some people just want to be content with 16th place, 8-8, and handing out participation trophies.
Your rants have gotten pretty ridiculous, even for you. If you're looking for an objective measure of how much of a blowout the game was, the Vikings hit a 99% win probability less than two minutes into the second half. The Falcons’ first TD essentially increased their win percentage from like 0.4% to a whole 0.5%.
As so many others have pointed out, when you consider the game was already won, the injury risk, the running game was working, the pass protection wasn't great, not exposing any more of the playbook when we didn't have to, etc. etc. etc., the Vikings decision to play SMART football, eat clock, and come away with the win as healthy as possible was the right decision. Remember, it's Week 1. Get the win and move forward.
Oh, and cool it with your name-calling and fallacy nonsense all of the time. You use sarcasm and nonsense more than anyone, so let's not pretend you're all about sound logic. If logic was truly on your side, you wouldn't have to repeat yourself across several threads and try to make your points for 8 consecutive pages.

Edit: When I have time, I'll sort through these "Championship Mindset" posts and add them to their own thread as opposed to keeping them all in this thread. We might want to discuss this throughout the year ... and beyond.
