It's that time again! Let's take a look at what Panthers fans are saying about Sunday's match-up against our 10-2 Minnesota Vikings. Can the Vikes steal a victory in Carolina and lock up the NFC North? Let's see what the opposing fans have to say...

Realistically we don't stand a chance. The Vikings deserve to be cocky this year. They are one of the best and their owner actually wants to win.
Cam will need to run a lot if we're going to pull this one off. The good news is that I don't think the Vikings are going to score a lot of points, so we should be able to hang around. One key will be that some of our dumber players stay focused and not make critical brain dead mistakes that could decide the game.
Cmon Guys, we are playing at the BOA.. where we have Sweet Tea, Carolina BBQ, Bojangles, Texas Pete, and Cheerwine. All people from Minnesota have is Snow, Farms, Oil, Lakes and Prince. We got this.
I mean it's not like we're not choke artist either. This is the battle of chokers.
Their team is playing much better than ours. I don’t expect the Panthers to score more than 17 points and I’d say they Vikes score 27 or more.
We don't have a chance. Hope Cam doesn't get killed.
Minn has a more balanced team and a nasty defense.
We have a better QB.
Griffen and Hunter gave us fits last year once Oher got hurt

My boss and his family are Vikings fans from Minnesota and they know football, they also know they have a better team this year than we do too. Course they should be confident this is the best team they've had in a long time and they beat our asses recently and many times out of the last X.
Most Vikings fans are holding for the unavoidable collapse. Cockiness is a defense mechanism.
Before the Panthers came into being I was a Viking fan. I guess you could say I still am a Viking fan since I still cheer on them to win except when they play us. The Panthers will always take precedence over them no matter what out record looks like compared to theirs. This should most definitely be an interesting game.
In theory we share a lot of similarities with them on offense. We both have the same weakness at the tackle position, Us with Matt Kalil and theirs with Mike Remmers. Remmers however might not be playing since he didn't practice today. They have been using Rashod Hill to fill his spot which seems to have really helped them in the running game. I feel like this game has the makings of one of those knockdown drag out low scoring games since the defense is the strongest point for both of our teams. Personally I think ours is better but it will come down to whether we can stop the reinvigorated run game they have developed lately. That killed us last week against the Saints so I'm sure they are looking at that as a key point against us.

I'm predicting the Panthers to come out and fire on all cylinders. They typically play a lot better when coming off an embarrassing loss. Usually I'd say playing at home helps, but it never really is an advantage with Panthers, with the exception of west coast teams.
If Panthers front four can set tone and shut down their run game. MAKE Keenum beat them with his arm, while consistently disrupting his rhythm, Panthers have a shot. Defense has to be stout and create opportunities for offense. Offense HAS to avoid 3 and out's. And as usual, our RB's and O-line HAS to produce. If we get in red zone, we have to punch it in and not settle for FG's. Must avoid costly TO's and penalties. Guess you could say this is always a key to victory for us, but against better teams, it's especially true. If Panthers score 21+ points, I think they have a good shot at pulling off upset. Key will be defense setting tone. Making up for last weeks debacle.
Another big special teams play would help!!

Lived in MN for three years, and my dad and brother are Vikes fans, so I kinda have a soft spot for them guys.
Not this week, though. Fug em. I believe in Christmas miracles!!

Brings back the nightmarish game we had last year with them. It seemed like they sacked Cam 30 times. Hope our line can give him a little time.
Hopefully we use McCaffery a lot a second a dump off to avoid pressure. I don’t know if anyone recalls Fozzie’s 50+ yard TD catch that was called back for a hold not close to the play.
Yeah and 2 + 2 equals 4. I hope we decide to beat the relentless pressure with creative plays that keep them thinking all game. Depends on which Shula decides to show up for this one. Creative shula or "run up the gut" Shula
You know how to slow down hits on your QB? Run lots of different formations and screens.
Short passes and dump offs will be crucial . Mccaffrey could have a nice day receiving. Im expecting them to totally shut down our run game and force cam to throw quick accurate passes.
Most MVP caliber Qbs seem to find a hot read when a free rusher is coming. I can't count how many times this year I've been yelling at Cam whether that be from 545 or on my couch that someone is wide the F open. Seems to be Dickson or CMC most of the time. If you believe in this offense you are a homer. Until they convince me otherwise, I'll continue to be a glass half empty guy.
You hit just about any QB enough times and you've won. The problem is it's easy to hit Cam a lot. That has to change, but I've been saying that for a long time now.
Isn't Cam playing pretty bad against the blitz?
Some QB's will eat your lunch if you blitz them too much, Cam isn't doing that right now....(it's actually the entire offense, but whatever).

Zimmer is a savage when it comes to D. He's going to blitz Cam and make sure CMC is blanketed. He'll make you beat him with Stewart, Funch, Byrd and a hampered Olsen and given those odds he's in the driver's seat.
if Cam would be patient and hit the dink and dunk for positive yardage and moving the chains that would be a good thing...but that is boring... he cant resist staying away from the spectacular 30 40 yard pass plays to do that...even tho i think the dink and dunk would set up the big play.
That D is gonna eat up the sh*tty panthers O.
I think the over/under for this game should be 20.
I will be putting up 1k online on the Vikes to win HUGE
the panthers will be murdered and i feel bad for all you folks

Minnesota is a very good team, but they also feel like a team that's due for a loss in the near future. The Panthers would not be the worst bet. The Vikings are playing their third straight road game, and Carolina has the pass rushers to exploit Minnesota's offensive tackles. This could end up looking a lot like the Buffalo game.
Folks were calling for their quarterback to come back to earth. Wouldn't it be funny if he had sh*t game this weekend and start a qb controversy ultimately causing them to lose early in the playoffs.
