What did we give up for Turner? Wasn’t it like a 3rd and a 4th something like that. Very risky to give that much up for hoping a guy develops. It’s way too risky. I need a ready made guy at that price or at least a ready for the rotation.

It’s looking more like on potential purely without knowing if he will or will not reach the ceiling. I like getting guys with high potential but that was a big price. To move all the way up that far trying to be a fortune teller.

Turner is really not needed as much this year but will be needed next year. The positions of need he can not fill are what we have now. I would like to see him replace Pace and start learning that position if he is capable. Much bigger, stronger, faster. Cash is short term.

Pass rusher doesn't need much development. Either you're beating your blocker or you aren't. Chase Young and Jadeveon Clowney were huge busts and even if they played okay sometimes they still were busts... they couldn't win their matchups, that's pretty much all there is to it. It's not like learning route trees or timing or anything.
