We found value the scouts/players didn't see. It's the reason people like my ex-nephew won't have a career coaching football on big stages. lol love my guy. This you didn’t have to play to understand. Look at the history. Yes we have hit round 5 through 7 Diggs round 5. But most miss and it don’t make or break you. Because there are so many ways to get guys and change is fluent.

A argument can be made we do better on undrafted free agency then round 5 through 7 in last 15 years. I bet the batting average close. Round 5 on the gap is marginal and a crap shoot on if you find one.

Now you don’t just give those away but we didn’t. We used lower percentages to secure blue chip prospects. Give me two studs ( on paper) right now over 4 likely role players.

Again like we been doing we had a strong undrafted class again. We got 3 or 4 players I like there.

We cool and I like the direction. We will go like 8-9 this year. That was always going to happen. My vision was 2025 and beyond. We right on schedule and I’m now in the sunshine club! We couldn’t get everything but we did a good job 👏 of getting close imo. We can fill the rest next year when the window opens. We on the come up Skol

This right here. We had decades of trading down into the 6-7th rounds only to get zip for value. Sure, we have a lot of holes to address, but why not fill those holes with the best players possible?

In a weaker late round draft. The kicker probabilities of contributing especially early is higher than most that round. Even though I had Reichard behind Karty its margin though no tripping.

Big Facts! One year we set a record I think 2020 like 20 dudes and like 3 turned out🤷🏾‍♂️. I want as many top talent early as I can. I want top talent early then try your best after that but knowing some of them likely not working out.

If JJ and Turner pan out nobody will care about the cost in two years. Getting a stud edge and possibly a long term starting QB in one draft is excellent IMO. If they don't it's unlikely a few extra mid-round picks will make up for that.

In the end it’s a crap shot. I recommend rolling the dice on the higher level talent giving you better shot. You do have to fill out the squad so it’s delicate balance but high level talent was needed.

I miss too we all can miss. I also get my fair share right. I use to go off there grades until I learned its opinion. Some people opinions carry more weight then others but no one’s perfect. I just like when people accountable right or wrong. In the end who knows. It’s fun playing GM though.

If you going to say who ever pick Maye going to get fired like Merrill did.. That’s harsh if he ball say you wrong feel me.

If JJ bust I have to stand on that and I have no problem doing that.skol

First of all, he's not wrong. It was a lot. Second of all, you don't just find a Mahomes. There is not going to be another Mahomes, period. Generational player. Thirdly, nobody should expect to find a Mahomes level player. That's just unrealistic.

The reality is sometimes people are wrong, but that doesn't make their criticisms any less valid.

If he didn't play under Reid there's a very high chance he never becomes the player he has. Reid has worked magic with literally every single QB that's ever played in his offense. Every single one. McNabb, Kolb, Vick, Smith, now Mahomes. Let's be real here, Mahomes is talented, but Andy Reid is probably the greatest OC all time too.

I'm sure he'd be a contender but he wouldn't have 3 rings, I can guarantee that.

who said JJ was Mahomes I sure didn’t. What I was pointing out that the grades don’t mean nothing and grades and opinions change off results. Results is the real grade years from now.

If Mahomes was such a incredible prospect why did he go 10, why was the pick questionable 🤷🏾‍♂️

They're a little light for picks next year. That's one year. They can make hay in free agency next year. He's in no danger . They could have a disasterous year and he'd still be safe . That's not going to happen though.

I’ve heard rumors out there in the period before the draft that KAM’s seat is warm but KOC is not. Not sure if true or not but I wouldnt be so sure KAM is as safe as you suggest.
