There is no reason for this pick unless we didnt sign Cousins in the offseason. I am just blown away on how dumb this franchise can be most of the time.

I would think Cousins would be thrilled they picked an apparently qualified successor that he can mentor. Penix is obviously not here to take Cousin's job this season.
