Cool, but I care more about winning than numbers. The numbers will come. It's a waste of time bringing Kirk back we not in position. Kirk should want to leave as well. Its best for his last year or two and best for us so we can build up. You don't pay a 36 year old QB coming off injury with a team closer to the cellar then top of the North. I just don't agree, but aye it is what it is.

A QB because I trust KO more than Kwesi right now. KO already saved him on Addison. Top 3 or JJ number 4. After that I don’t like Pennix and the others after the 4th one. I do like JJ.

If you don't trust them then you cut them loose, like any other relationship

I could care less about anyones numbers but the Vikings wins lol thats the whole point of being a fan of the team. Everyone gets caught up in Kirk or whose feelings are hurt thats not how you build a team. Justin jefferson wants to win ball games, has he done that with Kirk? Like I said if the kid they draft sucks hell want his way out anyway and you could get something for him then. He wants his money right now thats the only thing stopping him from signing, there must be guarantees they weren't agreed on, probably because they gave Kirk that.

I get Kwesi wants to be liked and I get letting players make suggestions. In the end though it’s about decisions and he has to make them if it’s best for our long term success.

Losing Hunter when you could have resigned him or traded him at trade deadline would be bad.

I hate to pile on KAM and he could turn it around, but we gave him a grace period. Now miscalculations and positive moves will be graded hard. I grade on absolutes and not the curve.

To think JJ need Kirk to ball is crazy. Again Kirk not the only man on earth who can get JJ the ball. It’s there job to find the one who can and deliver wins as our QB too. He didn’t say it must be Kirk just that he comfortable with Kirk. That’s not ground breaking he been with him 4 years.

For a middling at best QB. But a ring of honor guy with 5 strong years can’t? In 5 years when Hunter done Field may be done.

I get it they thought we would make a run. That’s this business though you think and make decisions they work out or not. Not working out is not working out in this business. It’s a miscalculation because it didn’t happen harsh I know. I don’t make the rules I just live by them.

See if we lose Hunter I can be mad. I felt they either should have extended him or traded him last summer. I ask for decisions. Hunter walking for a 2025 maybe? That’s not my idea scenario and if not resigned it was handled poorly on Hunter. We will see what happens. If he walks imo that situation and scenario was the worst possible outcome. I not praising him for a decision that played out the worse way it could imo.

Y’all think we struggled down the stretch. You haven’t seen nothing yet. If you lose him that defense will be abysmal. BFlo can only do so much. No rookie year one getting near Hunter play last year.

Then you tie that with keeping Kirk for what? I just not understanding the logic with that. Sorry I don’t like it if that occurs.

Well see what Fields actually gets first, but Hunter has always been underrated his whole career. I think age & injuries also plays a factor. I would like to know what we got offered though

Oh I 100% agree, I made a thread on this during the year last year and I rarely actually make threads lol. I thought he was our biggest decision. I think we will extend him unless someone just absolutely throws him the bag which I dont see happening honestly. Hes a humble dude who just stays to himself I think he really likes it here. Ill be angry if he walks but its still hard for me to fully fault Kwesi for not shipping him out when we battled back last year especially since I dont know what was offered. It may sound corny but culture matters, you just giving up after the team got back to 4-4 big win at Lambo? That would throw away the whole culture Kevin and Kwesi have tried to build back up. I get it though and see your side as well.
