I'm not sure anything could pry that pick away from Washington. The current rumor is that it's Ben Johnson's job to lose. Why would he take it and deal with Sam Howell when he can have a superior version of Jared Goff?
But imagine the cost. Not only would the Vikings need to outbid every other team that might want to jump up to get the best QB in the draft (Falcons, Broncos, Raiders, Saints, Seahawks, maybe Jets), as soon as Chicago lets it be known, then Washington and New England could make offers, and either of them can give a great pick the Bears could use for Harrison Jr. On top of that, Chicago has to be paid better than anyone else outside their division to give this pick to the Vikings.
Remember, though: Kwesi let a division rival move up 20 spots in the first round at the cost of a 2nd round pick. He might think the Bears will drop down 10 picks for even less.
Oh, and I'm not sure what the comment about a trade requiring Jordan Addison. There are 4-6 WRs in this year's draft who are better prospects than Addison. Trading him wouldn't buy this team into the top 5.
