Falcons have been in playoff since like 2017. They littered with top 10 talent and the 400 million man at best leads them to the playoffs then they stuck. Stop flip flopping all the time. I've been 100% consistent from day one. I believe Kirk is a very good QB. I've always said $35 million a year was the max I would pay for him. Show me one place where I ever flip flopped on those 2 things. You could look until hell freezes over and never find it.

Vikings General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah said on Monday that the team has a “preferred scenario” in mind for the draft after last week’s trade to acquire a second first-round pick and it would not come as a surprise if we were to learn that scenario involves a quarterback.

The team is set to get a close look at one possible addition at the position next week. Albert Breer of SI.com reports that the team will be watching J.J. McCarthy work out a couple of times.

Quarterbacks coaches Josh McCown and Grant Udinski are set to be at Michigan’s Pro Day on March 22 and Breer reports that Adofo-Mensah and head coach Kevin O’Connell are set to travel to Ann Arbor for a private workout with the Wolverines standout.

To be fair, we've no idea for sure who actually made offers....or if offers would have been made if they didn't already know what Atlanta offered. Let's also remember, Atlanta had the inside track beyond Minnesota given Kirk's interest in moving to where his wife grew up.

Of course. If we trade up to 3 and take Penix and he turns out to be all pro 10 times it will be a great pick. However, we have to consider likelihood of that happening. Trading up and getting a superstar QB at 5 isn't much more likely to be a star than who we can get at 11. We draft a superstar at 11 we won't care that we didn't trade up to get him.

he did a media spot with the flagship of the team. That's not talking too much. He's talking plenty to the teams that he's looking to trade with. This isn't some situation where he's going to sneak up and trade up with someone. All parties are aware of our interest
