Lions at Vikings Depth Chart Preview

Let's take a look at the Lions' depth chart in preparation for tomorrow's game:
After this week, I'll start integrating this season's grades with last year's. The bigger the sample size of 2017 gets, the more influence it will have over the players' overall ratings.
-My thoughts-
Matthew Stafford doesn't have all that much to work with, to be honest. He's got one of the best 3rd down HBs in Theo Riddick, a superb receiver in Golden Tate... and that's about it. Kenny Golladay could be a threat, but he looks like he's going to miss this game with an injury. Marvin Jones is an OK receiver but hasn't done anything since his 200 yard game against the Packers last season. Eric Ebron has potential but he keeps dropping the ball and isn't a good blocker.
The Lions have been focusing on using 2 TE formations with Darren Fells instead of using a FB, but Fells is just an OK blocker and isn't going to be catching a lot of passes. Their offensive line has a few pieces I wish the Vikings had (looking at you, T. J. Lang and Ricky Wagner. Man, I really wanted to get Wagner.) With Decker hurt, Greg Robinson hasn't been Clemmings-esque but he's still not good. They're also just one injury away from starting Zac Kerin, a sub-par backup who only made our team the past couple seasons due to injuries.
The defense is a different story. The Lions have a lot of really good pieces (Ansah, Slay, Quin) and some young guys who are only getting better (Killebrew, Diggs, Whitehead). They have the potential to be a top 15 defense if things go right. Their defense looks similar to the Bucs' in my opinion. They don't have any proven depth so any injuries that occur could be devastating.
Also, the Lions are already on their third punter of the year. Jeff Locke, who was one of the worst punters in the NFL the past couple seasons, will hopefully give us good field position.
