On a per game basis, Rodgers has a higher TD rate, lower INT rate, higher rushing rate, something that Cousins has recently been criticized for, and those number not only go for the regular season, but also for the playoffs. In 23 years of playing, Brady had a top 10 defense in 19 of those years. Rodgers has had a top 10 defense 3 times in his 15 years of being a starter. Go back and look at actual facts rather than spewing BS.

So, if Cousins was suppose to win a Super Bowl in his first two years because of the top 10 defense in those years, why doesn't Brady have more rings? After all, he's the GOAT. Joe Montana had a top 10 defense in 10 of his 12 years and only has 4. Having a top 10 defense doesn't guarantee a SB victory, but it sure does make it easier to get there and win. You assume that a top 10 defense and a good QB will do it. Never what I said or claimed. Yes you need a top 10 Defense and good QB to win, but it's not guarantied. The fact is, only one QB has more than one Super Bowl where he didn't have a top 10 defense for the Super Bowl years. 1. And he didn't do it back to back. Hell, even Brady only has one back to back win.

The average defensive placement for Super Bowl winners is 5.7 in points and for the losers it's 7.7. Having a top 10 defense doesn't guarantee anything, it just make is a lot easier to get to the big game. Just ask Brady.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you are not capable of great violence, you are not peaceful, you are harmless.

Anytime a QB has 3 interceptions in the game and still wins you can tell he has a good defense.

Not statistically. Statistically speaking Brady just had better teams which bailed out his all around inferior play. He was worse at everything than Rodgers, but consistently had better teams. Bradshaw isn't better then Marino.

See the 2020 NFCCG for a good example. Rodgers easily outplayed Brady, but Brady's team bailed out his vastly inferior play. Team game is team game.

So it isn't just Vikings fans who will rip the entire team to defend their QB.

What always impressed me is how the New York defense stepped up in the playoffs. Allowing only 14 and 16 ppg in the playoffs while allowing 25 and 21 ppg in the regular season. It's one of those things you just don't expect. Especially since it was 2 different DC.

Yup. The QB is the only reason teams win. Let’s keep that mantra up. That way no matter what QB we have, we can blame him if the team doesn’t win.

- Mahomes isn't that much better than Cousins
- Cousins is as good as Joe Montana

actually, you're the one putting words in people's mouths... it's rather annoying and it detracts from good conversations. Literally no one is saying what you're claiming other than Rodgers being an objectively better QB than Brady (which he is, I'll stand by that one too and could quite easily add a few more to that list)...
