What some people thinks matters in winning a SB does not

I am just enjoying the ride. They could win the Superbowl but I don't think they will. One game scenarios are crazy though

Only TWO #6 seeds have won a SB.

This is completely false garbage. The #1 seed has a 53.2% winning percentage and the #2 seed has a 21.3% winning percentage. That's 74.5% win percentage between #1 and #2 seeds, which works out to 3 out of 4 SBs.

Your entire post consists of inconsistent ramblings and false information. 

Just a reminder: the "just get into the playoffs" excuse is not what the Wilfs told us when they canned Spielman/Zimmer on "Black Monday" a year ago...

The key part of their statement (posted below) is the last paragraph: "Our comprehensive search for a new general manager and head coach will begin immediately and will be led internally. We are determined to have sustained success and bring Vikings fans the Super Bowl championships they expect and deserve..."

Just "good enough” (ie, making the playoffs) is no longer good enough for the Wilfs, and it's no longer "good enough" for fans...

Ok I did online research looks the point differential I saw was wrong. That doesn't mean what I am saying is wrong. I never 1 and 2 seeds don't win more SBs I just said it doesn't happen every time. NYG won a SB with a -6 Point Differential that's right -6 so it can be done if we beat the Bears 21 to 0 let's say and our point differential is Positive will that make any difference to us winning or not winning a SB? Bengals last year had one of the worst DVOAs since the 80s forty-ish years and they not only made the SB but came close to winning.

NYG won a SB with a Garbage Defence (27th), mediocre QB (I'd argue Kirk is better), blowout losses, minus point differential, and winning some close games with comebacks SOUND FAMILIAR? They also beat 3 teams in the playoffs that had beaten them during the regular season They won against a 13-3 Patriots team not the 16-0 Patriot team.

I know history is not valued in our society and I know a lot of people are too lazy to research and I know a lot of people love hot takes and gotchas but the reality is EVEN if the NYGs hadn't done that it could happen this year with the Vikings - the fact that NYG did that just shows it can happen even more obviously to people. 

I just hate people saying I KNOW the Vikings or team X won't win the SB I know Team A B or C will win the SB. I am just pointing out in the playoffs like in regular season to be fair anything can happen.

Yes only 2 bottom seed teams won SBs. But if 2 did it it can happen. Yes only one 9-7 team won the SB and again that means a team with a barely above .500 record won a SB.

It is one thing to say the Vikings are frauds they will not win a SB, it is quite another to say the odds are not good that the Vikings will win a SB but they could still win it.

How many 12 and 13 win teams won SBs. How many 2 or 3 seeds won SBs.

It just like people saying rest in CHI because SF will beat AZ guess what the odds are they will beat AZ but there is no guarantee they will this is the NFL upsets happen every week.

An 18-0 team with best QB and Coach in NFL HISTORY lost a SB. People do not understand the ODDS do not actually play the games people play the games and when people are involved in ANYTHING something you don't expect can happen. And it is hard to argue if it is never happened but even if it has never happened it can still happen for the first time.

But when it has happened even once or twice in the past it is even easier to argue. Before the 9-7 team won a SB you would argue no 9-7 team has ever won and they always add in so no 9-7 team can win.

This years Vikes team did something in Buffalo that hadn't happened in decades comeback on them when they have that kind of a half time lead. This team came back from 33-0 and no it doesn't matter that it was the Colts the Vikes got not ST TDs or DEF TDs they had to score 5 TDs and a mini-TD 2PT CONVERT and they did it despite losing possession several times in the half AND with drives of 50+ 60+ and two! 70+ drives ... people downplay this Colts are not the worst team in history they have won NFL games it's not like other teams do this. In last 8 years teams down 20+ points at halftime (against good and bad teams) have lost 103 games the only 2 wins were Kirk. Kirk is #9 on all time 4th quarter comeback list Kirk had 23 comebacks in his career before this season. Kirk is the #8 rated QB of all time. Kirk has the record for most 1 score wins.

So when you have the results of this season. It is completely idiotic to thing the Vikings have no chance to win a SB, maybe it is comforting for human beings to think things are set in stone that the best team always wins etc but it doesn't happen maybe that uncertainty in life upsets them. Maybe they want to look like football experts and say this is going down like this. But sometimes not even the majority of the time but enough times it has happened to say no the Vikings are not frauds and they have a chance to win a SB.
