So I figure we should get some contests going so I am going to start the weekly pick 4 contest. We will have winners for each week plus the end of the season.
But we shall spice it up a bit with the following rules.

Game 1 - your lock of the week. - 2pts
Game 2 - your upset special - 3pts
Game 3 - divisional matchup - 2pts
Game 4 - wildcard -your choice - 1pt

All picks are due by kickoff of the earliest game you select. So if you want to pick the Thursday night game you can but you must also submit the other games at the same time.
Max weekly score - 8pts

Will each week have it's own thread(s)?
People using the light theme might not see all the pretty yellow text xD.
What constitutes an upset?

Lock - Indianapolis over Tennessee
Upset - Minnesota over Atlanta
Divisional - Washington over N.Y. Giants
Wildcard - Pittsburgh over Tampa Bay

Fist of all I used yellow for mine you are not required to.
I can do a new thread for each week. I will also make a spreadsheet (maybe on google docs) to keep track of running pt's totals. A discussion thread is also a good idea so that we can keep the picks separate. Upsets are more personal taste. To me an upset is to take an under performing team to win over a hot or undefeated team. Where as others may simply say a road win vs an even team may be an upset. I took Eagle over Niners myself. They are high scoring and perfect record vs the Niners who are 1-2 and been really struggling, giving up a lot of penalties etc.

Also one other rule - will edit the first Post to reflect this. All picks are due before first game in which you have picked and may not change them once the games start.
