Running it back: Pro or Con

I am not sure just changing coaches like that would have done much, it would have really depended on the team. I did like Stefanski and jury is still somewhat out on him though. 

I do blame Rick for a lot of the issues related to Cousins and filling out the roster since the large cap hits. I think he chose a route the coach never wanted and that in itself was likely not a good sign. It would have been very interesting if they made a choice of coach or gm/QB. Personally I would have gotten rid of Rick/Cousins at that point if I had to choose. 

I never really wanted Cousins tbh but I at least understood the basic idea behind going for him at the time (and I had yet to see enough with my own eyes despite noting a lot of the issues that played out). Supposedly Rick did want to move on from Cousins last offseason but ownership said no, so maybe it's been them leading the way on that front from the start. I mean Rick is gone too now, hard to think it was really him forcing Cousins on everyone. That's why I am not sure it would have gone much different because one way or another it feels like we were gonna still end up overpaying to keep Cousins despite what has happened since that initial signing.
