Okay boy's and girl's let's see who the best and only choices that can be considered an upgrade for the HC position.
No to the talking heads wanting younger inexperienced OC's from other team's with superior OC talent. Examples Moore from Dallas & Leftwhich from Tompa Bay.
You need to choose someone who has already helped build a team and get them to the Super Bowl. Pederson, he outcoached and beat the best coach in NFL history and won a super bowl with a backup QB. Pederson's OC play calling was masterful in that game and was the major reason they won that game. 2nd choice Harbaugh who helped build his team and got them to Super Bowl and should have won that game. These 2 choices are for sure upgrades. Any other choice for HC would be a gamble and not a sure upgrade. End of discussion.

1) Find someone who is avaliable who already has built a team and won a SuperBowl
2) Look at the top NFL organizations with the recent best draft history and hire their top assistant under their current GM
Examples, Ravens, Chiefs, Bills, Titans, Colts, Cardinals
