Counting the game where Rodgers played 4 plays is pretty cheap.

Zimmer is 2-4 against Rodgers, 1 better then Frazier.

Dont get me wrong, i think we can win the division and compete for a SB, but so can they as long as they have Rodgers.

Maybe so, but I don't make the rules. If a guy starts, he gets credit for the win or loss. Football doesn't have the baseball rule where they need to go at least 5 innings. Bradford also got credit for the win in Chicago this year when he left with us trailing 2-0 in the 2nd quarter. Wouldn't have mattered if we trailed 22-0 and Case led the comeback, Bradford still would have gotten credit with the win lol. It's dumb, I know.

And to be fair, I think we would have won that game against Rodgers anyway. We beat Rodgers at home in 2016 too, with both teams at full strength, except we had a QB who had only been on the roster for a couple weeks. We held Rodgers to 14 points. We most likely have a rivalry now where the home team will be favored.

One of the key factors for a good team to be successful in the NFL is often the simplest – staying healthy. With teams being so evenly matched between the great, the good and bad from one year to the next, most teams that consistently win do so by staying healthy.

For the Minnesota Vikings, that has been the story of two sides of the ball. A defensively dominant team, it has been the relative health of the entire defense that has allowed Minnesota to post a 32-16 record over the last three seasons.

On offense, it has been a completely different story. The Vikings have had three different starting quarterbacks the last three seasons because of injury. Their star running backs (Adrian Peterson and Dalvin Cook) have been lost for extended periods due to injury. The last two seasons have witnessed the least continuity of an offensive line in franchise history – everybody getting hurt at some point in 2016 and the line being completely overhauled last season and forced to flip players due to injury.

But, on defense, it has been amazing how much continuity the Vikings have been able to maintain. They haven’t lost a single starter for any extended period of time – a month or more – other than DT Sharrif Floyd.

No team in the NFL has been as healthy a group as the Vikings, who have rarely played a game over the last 48 with more than one or two starters out of the lineup.

Individually, it’s impressive. As a position group, it’s extremely good continuity. As an entire defensive unit, it’s almost unheard of in the modern NFL, much less with an aggressive, intimidating group like the Vikings who played with extreme aggression.

The numbers boggle the mind.

This could be preposterous as the season goes on, but I believe this right now...

This defense could be on the same level as the 2001 Ravens.

I'm so excited to see the Z-Fense in games that actually matter.

It doesnt matter that official NFL stats count a start as a full game. The fact is, Rodgers only played a drive. Doesnt count.

The fact you need to cling to that to try and make it seem like Zimmer has sucked less against Rodgers really highlights how bad we have been against him.

Clearly not, we hardly beat Hundley that game, so why would you assume we would beat Rodgers?
