But their offensive talent is split into 2 age groups: +31 (Cousins and Thielen) and 26 or under (Jefferson, Cook, Mattison, Osborne, Smith, O'Neill, Cleveland, Darrisaw). In fact, 6 of those players are 23 or less, only Cook and O'Neill are 26. So yes, we have a core of attractive offensive players waiting to be molded by a better coach. But does that need to include Cousins? In fact, you could argue that the young components of this offense are potentially the elements that some say should be in place before drafting a QB. 

I like some of the young players on our offense. But IMO it's time to be done with Cousins. A new coach with offensive tendencies will want to mold his own young player, not try to fix the things Cousins has been doing for a decade (and probably can't un-learn).
