The offense has too much talent for a tear it all down rebuild. That's pretty much the story of the Vikings, they always seem to be very good to great on one side of the ball, and retooling the other. At best they come together for a couple years before the original strength becomes the weakness.
I like some of the young players on our offense. But IMO it's time to be done with Cousins. A new coach with offensive tendencies will want to mold his own young player, not try to fix the things Cousins has been doing for a decade (and probably can't un-learn).
I think you keep Cousins for a year as a bridge and draft another qb to compete with Mond. The offensive line should be on the upswing which is a bonus for any young qb.
