It seems to me that all three qb's being discussed will stay right where they are in 2022. Rodgers, Wilson and Carr. I don't see any of those teams giving less than 100% effort to maintain the status quo with their qb situations and all 3 are under contract for 2022. There is a rumor that Rodgers has some handshake agreement that the Pack will trade him but I find that dubious at best. What if they can't get the price they want, which will be ridiculous? He stays.
I think it's mostly just fans of teams with bad qb's having fantasies, and media guys getting clicks/attention by fueling those fantasies. The only high level qb who is likely to move in 2022 is Deshaun Watson and he has obvious issues to resolve first.
Here are some qb's whose contracts actually expire this year, none of whom excite me:

Ben Roethlisberger
Ryan Fitzpatrick
Jameis Winston
Taysom Hill
Andy Dalton
Tyrod Taylor
