What GM that still has a job is worse than Rick Spielman

Plus less picks on defense because defense get's way more free agents. We won last week though. What I am getting at is if the defense is the weak link and the offense carries all season. We have to really consider a switch, because you can bet your bottom dollar a team will come in and snatch Kubs. I said when we got him either he sucks and get's fired or flies and get's picked up. Either way he is one and done with us.

I do not want to lose a young offensive mind if Kubs proves that. So if we have a playoff season off the backs of the offense, we need to consider a switch anyway. I do not want to lose another Kevin Stefanski so another team get's to enjoy a young up and comer while we don't. We had two young up and comer leave if you include Tomlin. This time we can't do that. 3rd times a charm. That not saying yet, I am suggestion if Kubs keeps it up and the defense continues to be all or nothing. Still a long season we will see how it plays out in due time.
