So first you say 5 better now 10. Here is the problem.
First being very few GMs have been in place for 5 years outside of owner/gms and less then a handful of others. Those are ones that have had team success and been consistent contenders.
The second is very few teams have a 2nd rd pick 5 years in a row. That would be like me saying Rick Spielman was the worst GM in RD 2 from 2011-2015. It's a dishonest measurable.
The other is not every team has the same needs to fill holes. Teams that have solid rosters won't keep draft picks or will rely to fill weaknesses. Rick keeps everything out of necessity not because of talent.
Why do I need to prove more than I already have? You haven't proven any of it to be untrue nor have you responded to any of what I have directly asked you to answer. In order to prove how great Rick is there needs to be a level playing field and there isn't.
So if I say what Gm has the best win% post seseaon record SB record yadda yadda yadda and just cherry pick my way through. That's just dishonest debate. Since you just want to cherry pick thought 14 years of draft picks for a GM vs others that 90% have less than 5 years that makes it a moving target that cant be hit.
If you want to talk about long term success from GMs that have long tenures Rick is by far the worst. Hell last year he ranked 15th out of 32 and much of that had to do with so many moving parts.
I have shown it you just don't like what I've shown you. You can't keep making excuses to why so and so hasn't done well because of how he's used or because of position change.
In parting I'd Rick has done such a great job why is this team failed under his great drafts?
Hers a few more teams for you
Packers, Bears, Ravens, Jets, Bills, Bucs, Cowboys add that to Chiefs Cowboys
LOL. I played division 1 for Iowa State for 2 years and left because my dad found out he had terminal cancer. I then joined the Marines for 6 years got out and went into scouting. By then 2 of my 3 kids where born. I had a close family friend on the Vikings staff was offered an internship until I retired. The death of both my parents set me up for life. Making 70 grand and not seeing my family wasn't worth it any more. Being a scout wasn't good for a young family. I have a lil bit of football knowledge.
