OTC has a cap calculator that is pretty slick and cutting Reiff, Stephen, Bailey, Samia, Hughes, and Holmes, along with restructuring/extending Smith, Cousins and Theilen, and resigning Hill, Boone, Odenigbo and Todd Davis, and the Vikings have 24 million in cap this season. The Vikings could sign a Lawson and a solid guard if they wanted too go all in on this season, but they would be putting themselves in a bad spot again in 2022. "Good" news is that their draft picks haven't really been working out lately and O'Neil is the only guy worth extending next season. So they wouldn't be losing anyone because they couldn't afford them next year.
