It might be a good idea to create a thread for players with significant medical or off-field "red flags" during the pre-Draft process to get an indication why certain players will be falling.
One player that fits in this category is FSU's DT Marvin Wilson - a prospect that was often mocked as a 1st Rd player in 2020 pre-season mocks but has slipped to Day 2/Day 3 consideration based on his lackluster 2020 performance and the breakout of other DT's like Iowa's Daviyon Nixon.
Cover1 - a Buffalo Bills site I sometimes read - had a nice article on Wilson's medical red flags involving his knees and goes in-depth into all the medical issues he's had over his time at FSU and some medical diagnosis and comparisons to other players who've had similar knee issues - link.
Their bottom line for Wilson: "It would not be ideal for a team to invest a higher draft pick in him and have his knees already treated as though he needs veteran rest after only two to three seasons as we’ve seen with Sony Michel in New England. Wilson is a great player and he appears to have a lot of the traits needed to play at the next level, but for how long is my concern. An incredibly strong pro day and medicals could have him sneak into Round 2, but he is more likely a Round 3-4 player in my book. Poor performance could drop him even more, but at some point, the talent will be there to balance out the injury and any performance issues."
