Refusing to take steps.

I know this will ruffle a few feathers but I am sick of Zim. Watson like Diggs wants no parts of this offense. We actually lucky to have Cousins because a upgrade looks unlikely. You can say what you want to , but the proof is in the pudding. Great talent feel limited in Zim philosophy for the offense. It is not Spielman as much as it is Zim. I say that because Rick would adjust to whatever the head coach wanted(I truly believe that). I don't wanna hear how great the offense was, because I think we have as much skill position talent as any team in this league including Chiefs for a great QB to thrive with. Chiefs have Kelce and Hill we have more. The difference is Andy Reid. They have Mahomes but imagine if we had Watson. But we can't because the ultra talent don't want to be limited. I like running too and love Cook, but a great passing game would help him a lot. First it would give him less carries to stay fresh. The beauty of Cook is he can have long runs so he doesn't need 35 carries to be great. Plus he is a all around back who can do things in the passing game. With less focus on him he could break more long runs. Like I said don't get mad at me showing facts. The players starting to speak nobody envy's our conservative approach. I don't want to hear 49ers did it like that. You might get lucky one year with defense and running. If you want consistency you must have a QB and a high level pass game especially in big games. That is one of the reasons 49ers went to Super Bowl lost and didn't make playoffs this year. Jacksonville was super cold on defense now look at them. Defenses can be up and down if you want year to year steadiness, you have to figure out the offense and pass game. It's the NFL they want you have to get up with the times. Bucs vs Chiefs Super Bowl both can pass and neither defense is all that for real. We one WR away from being stacked with weapons and I bet we just keep Beebe and not even try to upgrade to have 3 good WRs. Life under a conservative my way or the highway coach.
