Regardless..... there is a very clear pattern that in the NFL a GM and/or a HC don't get nearly as much time to prove themselves as Rick and Mike.

Anybody but me SHOCKED by the way we were slinging it around yesterday? Even when we were ahead?? Cousins executing designed run plays? Was this Kubiak’s swan song and a big phuck you to Zim? Goes to show you what our offense is capable of doing if you take the bridle off. This is a PASSING league, gotta keep up with the Joneses or perish.

Having said that I’m still not sold on Kirk. My left nut if he would at least TRY to keep his eyes down field when under pressure, rather than grimacing, staring at the turf and caving in. It’s not lack of athleticism. We saw that yesterday.
