PUNT RETURNS
The Minnesota Vikings are so bad at this that we do not even have a player in the top 25. We have to click "next page."

Oh, look, we have to click NEXT PAGE again...

Chad Beebe and KJ Osborn show up in the FIFTIES for 13 combined yards on 7 PUNT RETURNS IN 10 GAMES OF FOOTBALL.
The 15th place team is over 100 yards. We are one of only 5 teams to be below 50. The league leader is 300 yards and 4 teams are over 200 and 10 teams have at least 155 yards. That's what's being left on the table every game, somewhere between 10 and nearly 30 yards.
PUNT COVERAGE
We are 25th in the league in net yards at 1188. Every team at 33 punts +/- 2 punts is beating the Vikings by at least 78 net yards.
There are 3 teams in the 1900s. We are dead last in net average punting, 33.9 yards. League average is 40.1. 6.2+ yards given up from even average
net average punting. Keep in mind, this happens 2, 3, 4+ times a game. We are dead last in keeping teams within 20 yards.
Kickoff Returns:
KJ Osborn is 19th in the league at under 300 yards. The team is 17th in the league in kickoff return average and
5th in the league in total kickoff yards at 522.

There's this player, not sure if we've heard of him or not, kind of an obscure player, "Cordarelle Patterson." He's leading the league with twice as many returns and for nearly 800 yards.
KICKOFF COVERAGE
We are 22nd in the league in at return average. We are 24th in yards punted. We are 17th in touchbacks.
That's just the raw numbers. That's not taking into account fumbles and muffs, penalties, etc. This is a mediocre kickoff return and kickoff coverage team and the worst punting team in the entire league. They always say, "Football is about every little advantage. Its a game of inches."
I bet there's a lot of inches in 30 to 40 yards every game.
