Players get fined all the time for missing practice,missing meetings,missing treatment,etc.
Diggs was passionate about winning,he had a Championship Mindset.
Sure,sometimes he could have gone about voicing his frustrations in a better way,but to say he was a "malcontent" is bs.
If the Vikings thought Diggs was such a big problem and were planning to trade him,they could have voided Diggs $40M in guarantees along with the fine,but they did not.Voiding the $40M would have been the smart thing to do because it would have saved a pile of dead money,so why didn't the Vikings go that route if Diggs was a such a malcontent and you know are going to trade him?

Also yes I said that about practice and the 200k. Can you give a comparison of someone fined for missing 2 practices not a whole season?
