Agree? Disagree? Have anything to add?
Good:
1. Adam Thielen Becomes a Star
Adam Thielen’s story is like something out of a movie. He came from small school Minnesota St. Mankato and caught the eye of the team at a try out. He worked his way to the practice squad, and then became a special teams standout. He slowly worked his way into the wide receiver rotation and then this season has become a bonafide star, catching 68 balls for 960 yds, and 5 TDs, with one game to go. It’s great to see a local player do it the right way through hard work, and it looks like Thielen, along with Diggs, will be the Vikings go to receivers for years to come.

1. Pass Protection/TJ Clemmings
There was no bigger issue with this team in 2016 than the offensive line. Yes they lost starters like Kalil, Andre Smith, and Joe Berger, but the guys who took their places looked like they belonged back in NFL Europe. The line couldn’t muster any push in the run game, and it’s truly a miracle how Sam Bradford is even walking today after all the hits he’s taken. The guards were terrible as Alex Boone can’t seem to back up his talk with his play, and Brandon Fusco shouldn’t even be starting for an expansion team. That being said, there is no worse player on the line than TJ Clemmings. Clemmings is beaten badly about 10 times a game, as his technique is absolute garbage. He is slow out of his stance, doesn’t use his arms well, and is usually looking down as the defensive end flies around him. The piece of crap won’t even help Bradford up after he is responsible for him getting destroyed. Clemmings needs to stay off the field for a good year and just work at the basics of offensive line play before he is ever active on another game day.
