Again, I enjoy doing these for fun and by no means ever expect this to happen. This one is what I would do from this point on to put us in the best position to win in 2020 and beyond. Hope Rick listens to me...

Currently 12.2 in cap space:

1. Resign A Harris for 4yrs 46m (30 Gtd)
Contract 10 + 12 + 12 + 12

2. SUPRISE 1-Resign Ev. Griffen 3yrs 32m (18 Gtd)
Contract 8 + 12 + 12

3. Sign D Dennard 2yrs 10m (3.5 gtd)
Contract 4.5 + 5.5

***Cleveland trades Pick 74 to Washington for Trent Williams in the next few weeks

Draft:
SUPRISE 2-Vikings trade Picks 22 + 25 + 89 + 201 to Cleveland for Picks 10 + 41

Pick 10: Jedrick Wills Jr OT Alabama
Pick 41: Brandon Aiyuk WR ASU
Pick 58: Jaylon Johnson CB Utah
Pick 105: Jonah Jackson G OSU
Pick 132: Lynn Bowden WR Kentucky

Replace him with Jalen Reagor and I would be dancing.

Can we get both Williams and Willis? Only way we can is if we move Willis to guard. Is he a guard though? Disregard this I see you said Browns get Williams not us.

Trade is a 1 and 2 for two 1s, a 3rd and a 6th. If Cleveland loses a 3rd in the Williams trade I think they would love this trade.

despite ignoring our biggest need (starting 3T DT).......... I give this an A+!!!

Move up for RT from Bama (HELL YEAH!), extending Harris (HELL YEAH!), signing Dennard (YES!), drafting another potential OL at Guard (YES!)

only negatives really are giving that much to Griffen...... and obvi ignoring our biggest need (3T)

You gotta be realistic. We in rebuilding.... Spielgod has simply put us in a spot where we can fill all holes this offseason. Some of the big holes on the roster will simply need "young" guys (rookies or guys like Hill. Hughes, Watts, Holmes, Jaleel Johnson, Mattison, Smith, Bradbury, etc) to really step up.

The reality is.... expecting SO MANY "young guys" to take on major roles this season isn't a recipe for success.

Bottom line. We are most definitely in rebuild mode right now.
