there is plenty posters who have expressed their displeasure with mine (and others) critiques of our current GM.... so here is the question.... let's look at it from your point of view.... Rick stays..... what are the moves you make this offseason? So I'd love to hear you guys answer the following questions directly.
1. we have openings at OC and DC... who do you want them to hire for each? Chances are that at least one coach's son will be promoted (Klint or Adam), but the question is... who would be the best hires for each? Criteria and/or specific names please.
2. cap space... how should Rick attack this? cut Griffen/Reiff/Rudy/Rhodes/Joseph/etc.? Re-sign Waynes/Alexander/Harris/etc.?
3. depending on your answer on #2, what would you want our gameplan to be entering Free Agency/draft.... which positions do we target (how much $$ per year for the players you'd target in FA? for example... "left guard for roughly $5mil per year" and "OL in the 1st, CB in the 2nd" etc.)
4. I think we've reached the point where even the most hardcore Spielgod worshippers can't dodge this question anymore.... he is in his contract year, afterall..... so here goes.... what is your specific criteria for next season in order for Spielgod/Zimmer to earn extensions and/or us moving on from them?
... and neither is this Chris guy.
