I find it funny that Kubiak is an offensive whisperer who has pretty much put his stamp on our offense at least by beat writers. I see many praise him while things go well but hear little when things don't.
To me he's the Zimmer of the offense. Stefanski and Kubiak aren't working it would be interesting to know who does what and what impact both have each week. I was thinking how Zimmer would like to have a guy over his shoulder. It's interesting known how many failed attempts we have had in 6 years and all have been hand picked by Zimmer and Spielman.
To me it doesn't speak well for Stefanski and I think it will hurt him in the long run. I think this is the 3rd or 4th game plan that just made no sense at all. I'm trying to figure out what help Kubiak has brought because if he has no input for game plans before or during the game why is he here and why is Stefanski in charge?
It's just another failed attempt I lay at the feet of Zimmer and Spielman. They have had more specialty coaches over the years than any team I can recall. We have had coaches for the coaches in almost all of Zimmers years here on offense. I've had this thought more times then I can recall but I think too many hands in the cookie jar is just as bad as new ones.
