As for your question, how about week 2 last season when that bogus call on Clay erased another Cousins game losing INT? Or how about earlier in that very same game when a Jimmy Graham TD was taken off the board for a holding call? How about the no call on the late hit by Barr that injured AR? My God - the blame the refs mantra is old. Give it a rest already. No one is out to get the Vikings. They just f*cking suck. Stupid, undisciplined mistakes get penalized. That goes for every team.
As far as the Cook play goes, why wasn't it DPI on the Packers? Who's to say Cook wasn't running his route and the Packers defender ran into him while the ball was in the air? See what I mean by subjective and how the ref is free to call it how he sees it and how they always give the Packers the benefit of the doubt?
Not just the Packers, I seem to remember a 2009 NFCCG where a lot of subjective calls went in favor of the Taints. Seems to happen a lot against the Vikings in fact. Don't recall too many game winning subjective calls that have gone in our favor. There was a ticky-tack DPI in 2008 against the Lions on the final drive that put us in FG range at the dome, and kept us from being the only team to lose to the 0-16 Lions, annnnnnnd let me see ... nope, I think that's it.
Speaking of the Lions, hey do you remember that game ending sack on Rodgers just before the hail mary that wasn't a sack because the defender missed Rodgers face mask? Oh right, because it they called a face mask. Meanwhile Joe Webb nearly had his head tore off on a face mask on the final play of a game from the 2 yard line that wasn't called. No idea how that gets missed. The guys helmet was sideway for 3 full seconds. Sam Bradford got his face smashed in by a defender on a final play 2 point conversion against the Cowboys a couple years ago that wasn't called. What did the ref say? Oh right, "I didn't see anything" even though the replay shows him looking right at it the whole time because it's his effing job to watch the QB.
I could do this all day because I'm a Vikings fan lol. Dez Bryants no catch? Jordy Nelson pushing off on every single reception and never getting called. Diggs and Thielen dare breathe on a Packer defender in this game and it got called. Packer defenders interfere with our receivers and it's our receivers that get called. You don't want to play this game xD.
