This will be my first crack at putting this together. Forums I viewed:

What they're saying:
Starting to get this feeling with our coaching staff/front office too... Way too much fire everyone talk starting to happen.
The above guy would fit in well here.
Yet we can't can our DC no matter how bad he is.
hmm... Preifer… paging Priefer. I think this applies to you.
No, if you win here, it tells us more... I wouldn't place much stock in a win over the Vikings.
Have you been living under a rock?
Miami is
6-1-0 at home and 1-5-0 on the road.
Doesnt bode well for Vikes game
The Packers of the AFC.
Leslie Frasier coach in Miami too?
oh crap... this is pretty much our game plan
John Madden, is that you?
Sounds like their offense is as bad as ours. Don't suppose they want to trade for a franchise QB.
I nominate the four no-shows of the apocalypse. Though they tend to show up against bad teams.
Is that a girl?
People take ESPN win probability seriously?
OK, that's good enough I think. Decent mix of fear and confidence... not too much woofing and plenty of amusement.

What they're saying:
I never like to evaluate coaches and players on one game, buuuuuuut my God doesn't it feel like Gase and Tannehill are at a crossroads in their careers in Miami. If they win, I feel like their momentum could snowball in the next two weeks, have a possible playoff run, and save their jobs.
If they lose, momentum fizzles, and we move from being in a prime position to make the playoffs to being on the outside. We probably finish 8-8ish. Gase and RT's futures becomes murkier. One or both could be done in Miami.
For the record, if my future was on the line, I would want to make Drake a much bigger part of the game plan. I still don't think they use him as much as they should

Playing the Vikings is my Superbowl, I hate them more than I hate the Jets.
Against Minnesota, Burke better have our defense play smart, gap responsible run defense, especially up the middle, our weakness. We need Raekwon McMillan to play like a vet and not a rookie. Minnesota's offensive line is as bad as ours so I think whoever has a better defensive performance will win. Bet the under. This is going to be a slugfest. We need X Man back
This couldn't have gone any better. Minnesota looks crushed emotionally, meanwhile Miami is exuding momentum after the miracle win. That, combined with an extra day of preparation and the return of Xavien Howard... Miami wins convincingly.
If we had a better pass rush I would feel great about this game but I'm nervous. If we win, I'm sure we beat the jags. Unfortunately, due to how the last game ended, buffalo is going to make us their super bowl. The jets would have folded but we're going to be in a street brawl lol
Yeah, not the Dolphin way. Watching Cousins and the Viking offense with a severe lack of energy makes me feel better about Miami being able to beat them on the road, but I expect more of a winning FG scenario, not a 14+ pt domination.
I would have agreed with you last week- but I'd be SHOCKED if we lose after playing that good against NE. If they bring that same fight, we'll win convincingly and I think that carries us the rest of the way.
Strangely enough, this is starting to feel like a "repeat" of the 2016 season. We fired two linemen, the team got a spark and off to the races we went. I think we somehow win all three and stay in the playoff conversation right up until the very end.
Here's something else to think about though- we're 2 games behind the Pats and they're traveling to Pittsburgh this week....one of the other few places where they struggle. If we win and the Pats lose, we're just one game back. And the Pats two final games are NY and Buffalo...you'd expect them to win both convincingly. But those two teams are still playing for something and just like us last Sunday, that's going to be their Super Bowl games. If either of them beats NE and we both finish 10-6.....guess who takes the division? The team that's 5-1 in the conference....the Miami Dolphins!
LOL, I'm not saying we'll win the division...I think I saw odds of 2.4%. But if NE loses to Pitt then I'll definitely watch the Pats play the Bills and Jets with enthusiasm! And of course, we need to handle business as well.

To be honest, I think we crush the Vikings, lose a close on to the Jag, and then everything is going right and we lose to the Bills.
Or we crush the Vikings and the Jags and get blown out by the Bills.
Whichever one will crush my soul the most.

I worry about Minnesota. I really do. We are 3-3 lifetime against the Vikings in Minnesota and we are winless against the Vikings lifetime in Minnesota in the month of December...and they're coming off a 2 game losing streak against the Seahawks and the Patriots. Beat up yes, but battle hardened against perennial playoff teams.
This is a VERY dangerous game for the Dolphins!

Ive seen this movie so many times its getting tough to swallow, im so nervous for Sundays game, for some reason we have an epic win then all of a sudden next game with confidence we get blown out the water. I surely hope this does not happen again. Minn got screwed last night but didn't look like a very good team they gave up 200 yards on the ground so my expectation is gase should pound gore again and again i think Miami's running game is way better than Seattle's. Seattle just has a tendency to run the ball alot more than most teams. they ran the ball 42 times last night. I would expect gorilla to get somewhere around 20 touches and drake around 10-15, and please tell RT that number 22 smith is no joke on Minnesota and try not to leave our receivers in his path.
Vikings just canned their offensive coordinator
hmm... Preifer… paging Priefer. I think this applies to you.
This game is going to tell us a lot. If we win here, it will go a long way is killing the Jekyll and Hyde personality that has plagued us for so long. After a monster game against the Pats, this would be inevitably the game we come out flat and can't seem to put together any good series. I hope we win convincingly so that sinking feeling doesn't show up.

When I look at the Vikings on paper they should be one of the best yetand in the league.
Is their line terrible?
I seem just shocked with how disappointing they are.

The Packers of the AFC.
It is very crucial for both teams. To make the playoffs. One over the other on either side. But who wants it best, will walk away the winner.
Protect Tannehill.
Pressure Cousins.
Victory.

You know the drill ...
Expect the worst and hope for the best
Expect the worst and hope for the best
According to Burke, you just have to make sure the short passes don't turn into big plays - so, he'll keep our corners 7 yards off and Minny can carve up zone all game long while we hope for a screw up - same ole, same ole.
Leslie Frasier coach in Miami too?
It's funny how people say all we need to do is pressure the QB.....no kidding but the problem is we're not good at doing that and we haven't been all year. I agree we need to execute on offense and keep the ball away from the Vikings but the other problem is we've been pretty bad on the road this year. 1-5 so far so this won't be an easy game. Anything is possible but I'm not holding my breath
Thankfully the Vikings offense hasnt been to explosive this year. They will probably dink and dunk us a lot but as long as we keep stuff in front of us we should be ok........
All we have to do in order to win is what we always do......let the other team miss some FG's and extra points and have their QB throw some picks directly at us.....lol
oh crap... this is pretty much our game plan
This is now the biggest game of the season. The Vikings are no more than very average, at home they will be stronger than they were last night but still very beatable. Although we are not in the Wild card spot yet, I do think the playoffs are in our own hands win all three and we will get in. All three are against teams playing pretty poorly at the moment, so lets not screw this up.
Need the momentum from NE to overcome the cold of MN. Going up there will not be fun.
There's also that DL of the Vikings, oh and Thielen and Diggs.
Don't sleep on the Vikings because of the Seahawks game. They have the capability to destroy the Dolphins at home.

Go up to MN right now and tell me the cold isn't a facor even though you are inside. As far as the domes, I mean, didn't really work in IND a few weeks ago.
I think it's a winnable game so long as we get some help from Cousins who appears to be slipping

Our Defense the way it's built, and works will rarely shutdown any offense, let alone a quality offense, but what they can do, and for the most part did in the 2nd half (As they were doing in the beginning of the season), is force thier offense to have to drive all or most of the field, and make them have to settle for FGs.
If Miami is going to beat the Vikings, they are going to have to consistently score TDs, while making the Vikes either make mistakes while driving down the field or force them to settle for only 3.
X needs to play in this game...we will need an INT from him I'm sure.

The game will hinge on if our O can get enough points on their D. That's clearly their strength. Their O shouldn't worry us at all, if we allow them to score more than 21 points we've done a lousy job on D. 21 or more points for our O, should really be enough to win the game but 21 points on there D is not automatic at all, they are pretty good especially at home.
117 more plays allowed than ran. That's 9 more plays a game we have to defend. Ouch!
Sounds like their offense is as bad as ours. Don't suppose they want to trade for a franchise QB.
Vikes have excellent speed on defense and will blitz over center and off the edge, watch for smith and barr. Tannehill has to be ready for this or he will fumble. They have not beat a team with winning record, so getting a win is not impossible. They will be motivated to rebound as local radio has been bashing them.
I know our o-line is not cream of the crop, but do the Vikes have anyone on the d-line we need to be concerned with? Keeping Ryan upright is what wins this game to me. More time to scan the field and zip a pass in. I'd like Parker to have a career game this week.
There’s a minor problem named Danielle Hunter.
7 point dogs seems steep to me. ESPN had the Vikes at 83% chance of winning. I think -3 or -4 sounds about right
I think we will win this game For multiple reasons:
- Cousins is 4-24 versus teams with winning records.
- There is an increased focus on running the ball to protect RTs arm.
- We are using a 5 man defensive front more frequently, and it is having a positive impact on the rushing defense.
- I am confident that Quinn and Wake can pressure Cousins
OK, that's good enough I think. Decent mix of fear and confidence... not too much woofing and plenty of amusement.
