You need to watch live concerts on Pallidium. Or MTV or PBS. Most of those are pretty good. I have seen 2 singers/groups on Pallidium that I never expected to see again. This is between 2015 - 2017.
Timberlake is boring, but so is a lot of current music, I am moving toward country and it is coming to a mix and a long way from old style.

As you know, I see bands like Iron Maiden, Scorpions, and Motley Crue live, so all of this dance stuff doesn't do much for me. I appreciate what Timberlake does, but the show is like watching a dress rehearsal for the real thing.

I blame Madonna and Janet Jackson for that.
