John DeFilippo Discussion

There was the one trickery play or should I say formation where the WRs were lined up in the backfield and then they switched out to an empty set. That play fooled no one but the Vikings themselves as Kirk took a sack on that play. I know there were more plays where the Vikings were trying too hard to confuse the Bears, which didn't work at all on offense. 

JDF hasn't shown that he deserves to be a head coaching candidate right now. He is barely proving to be a quality offensive coordinator. We can't run and apparently we don't have any quicker plays for Kirk so he doesn't have to attempt to sit in the pocket all day. And we are losing games due to guys being out of position and turning over the ball. I know some blame goes on the players but this offense the whole offensive gameplan looks bad. The defense atleast has made strides since the first few weeks of the season. The offense still hasn't figured out how to click it all together.
