Let's start with the beginning of the week. This is what it looks like without most of the names and data put in. The upset picks are listed to the right.
The next screen shows the data put in and added up. First, once the games are played I do a search and replace for the teams making each winning team have a color. High game is always last. That column is cleared of any color before I do a search and replace for high game. I always use a different color for high game because sometimes the team I put in isn't the winner and that way I can see if it fill in anyplace it shouldn't be.
Then I go down the column say for lock of the week and manually put in a 1, 2 for division, and so on. As I do that, those are added up automatically next to the persons. name.
Once that is done, those numbers automatically go to the total sheet. If you notice on the first picture, at the bottom is a tab for each week. The total page adds up the totals from each tab. Which has a separate identical page that I sort by the total.
To print it, I highlight what I want to be printed and print it as a PDF. Which is then loaded up to an imaging site so I can post it here.
This whole process takes about 2 hours more like an hour, it just seems longer over several days.
