During Week 2, they travel to Ann Arbor for a bigtime clash with #9 Michigan at The Big House at Noon ET on FOX - and we'll see if they travel well. Michigan struggled out of the game in Week 1 with Fresno St, but they have some stars on defense that should give the Longhorns a good test.

In the Monday Night game, #10 FSU's problems controlling the line of scrimmage during their Week 0 loss in Ireland have continued into Week 1 as they've been steamrolled in their own stadium so far in the 1st half by Bill O'Brien's Boston College, 14-0. It's been a complete masterclass of playcalling by O'Brien's Eagles. The Seminoles have to wake up, or else their Playoff hopes will be gone by the end of Week 1.

Just a brutal loss at home for #10 FSU and they shouldn't be ranked after that performance. Bill O'Brien and Boston College came into Doak Campbell on a Monday Night and ran roughshod over an allegedly good FSU DL to the tune of 263 yds, controlled the clock (39+ min of possession) and went 9-16 on 3rd downs (56%) - just a complete domination at the line of scrimmage. FSU QB DJ Uiagalelei confirmes that not only won't he be drafted next April, but he may not finish the season as FSU's starting QB.

Technically FSU is still alive for a Playoff spot in a 12-team field, but they are now 0-2 with both losses being in-Conference so they might be out of the ACC title race and they'll need an at-large bid, which means "style" points and no mistakes from here-on-out. Their schedule isn't the most difficult but they have 3 tough road games: @ SMU, @ Miami and @ Notre Dame, and from what I've seen so far from them, I'm not banking on them winning all 3.

After Week 1 of College Football, it looks like the Hurricanes of Miami are the team to beat in the Sunshine State this season...
