Oh I 100% agree, I made a thread on this during the year last year and I rarely actually make threads lol. I thought he was our biggest decision. I think we will extend him unless someone just absolutely throws him the bag which I dont see happening honestly. Hes a humble dude who just stays to himself I think he really likes it here. Ill be angry if he walks but its still hard for me to fully fault Kwesi for not shipping him out when we battled back last year especially since I dont know what was offered. It may sound corny but culture matters, you just giving up after the team got back to 4-4 big win at Lambo? That would throw away the whole culture Kevin and Kwesi have tried to build back up. I get it though and see your side as well.

The culture talk cool, but i been around. If you winning you have good culture losing you don’t. Teams who win everything peaches lose and finger pointing.

Look at Eagles last year it was we love each other. A struggle came fire guys even in season. The culture talk is just that talk. Culture is formed off success my guy.

Bill won how many championships? Then when struggle came it was now him and Kraft don’t get along lol. Win cures things losing dissolves relationships.

Cool, but I care more about winning than numbers. The numbers will come. It's a waste of time bringing Kirk back we not in position. Kirk should want to leave as well. Its best for his last year or two and best for us so we can build up. You don't pay a 36 year old QB coming off injury with a team closer to the cellar then top of the North. I just don't agree, but aye it is what it is.

Jefferson's numbers will be strongly correlated with the Vikings record. JJ gets 2000 yards and 20 TDs I'm thinking the Vikings win 12-14 games. He gets 1300 yards 7 TDs I think the Vikings win 4-7 games.

That’s not my idea scenario and if not resigned it was handled poorly on Hunter. We will see what happens. If he walks imo that situation and scenario was the worst possible outcome. I not praising him for a decision that played out the worse way it could imo.

Hunter is a great player and I think he has 3 more great years ahead. If I could sign him for anything reasonable I would and I would not trade him for a first round pick unless it's a top 10 first round pick.

I agree, but I think Flores and Hunter bring us closer to winning than without them. So unless we are totally rebuilding, which we know isnt in the Viings forecast, I think making those two happy is a top priority. Well see how it shakes out next month

It’s like this if I was a greeter or cashier being nice is your job. In this business, you don’t have to be a royal prick but nice not going to build nothing. Frazier one of the nicest coaches we ever had. Results though is what going to keep guys happy. Without that drama will come regardless of if you nice or not.
