After the CFP National Championship has concluded and before we get to the NFL Combine that starts on 2/26 and runs through 3/4, both Senior & underclassmen players get the opportunity to showcase themselves in Colleg All-Star Games, which typically include a series of drills/practices throughout the week leading up to the game itself. The teams are often coached by various members of NFL coaching staffs and the Senior/underclassmen prospects are able to talk to various scouts & prospective teams and it gives everyone more information on how they might fare in the NFL in the NFL.
We'll use this thread to keep track/tabs on all the 2024 College All-Star game activities, news and most importantly, which 2024 NFL Draft prospects improve their stock and which one's did not.
Here's a brief description of each game/event and what level of players are involved:
Hula Bowl
Prospects here tend to be late Day 3 and UDFA-level and since this is typically the first game/event of the calendar, prospects that do well here are often time invited to either the Shrine Bowl. The event took place in Hawaii, but has moved to Orlando due to repairs to the stadium in Hawaii. Unliked the other two All-Star games, the Hula Bowl does invite "international" prospects from outside the US and scouts from the UFL & CFL will be present.
2024 Dates: note sure when practices were, but game is Sat 1/13 at Noon ET (televised on CBS Sports Network)

East-West Shrine Bowl
This is next best game/event in terms of level of Draft prospects behind the Senior Bowl and is the oldest College All-Star Game, first played in 1925. The game/event is sponsored by Shriners International and all proceeds go towards charitable foundations such as the Shriners Childrens Hospitals. The NFL had been trying to prop this event up more to correspond with Pro Bowl week - the week between the Conference Championships and the Super Bowl. In 2021, the event/game was moved to Las Vegas to try and entice more prominent Draft prospects to participate in this event over the Senior Bowl and the dates for this event now overlap with the Senior Bowl so prospects cannot attend both (WR Zay Flowers, a Rd 1 pick in the 2023 Draft, was at the 2023 Shrine Bowl); however, the game is being moved to Frisco, TX starting in 2024. Prospects from this bowl are typically more Day 3 prospects trying to move up to Day 2, with a recent push to add more Day 2 prospects.
2024 Dates: Practices are 1/27, 1/28, 1/29 & 1/30, game takes place on Thurs 2/1 at 8PM ET (televised on NFL Network)

Senior Bowl
Typically the "cream of the crop" in terms of College Senior Draft talent, you have everything from Day 1 players all the way to FCS players trying to make a name for themselves. Senior Bowl week takes place in Mobile, AL each year.
2024 Dates: Practices are 1/30, 1/31 & 2/1, game takes place on Sat 2/3 at Noon ET (televised on NFL Network)
