Straw man arguments, like the one you just posted, are incredibly dishonest. They are essentially lying about what others have said, which is a really weird thing to do on a message board where we have a record of no one every saying that.
If you want to have a good, honest discussion about Kirk, try to avoid claiming people said "defense has nothing to do with winning" or "everything is Kirk's fault". Everyone knows it is easier to win more games if the defense gives up fewer points and at this point and claiming otherwise just leads unproductive discussions and makes you a liar. Something I don't think you would ever intentionally be.
Imagine if we could argue the points people actually made instead of ones we make up in our heads how much less toxic these Kirk conversations would be?
And oh yeah, BTW, it was sarcasm. See how well it doesn't work in the written word?
