Irv Smith revenge game?
Even fans of other teams don't get it!
Okay, for fun, I just had to share this:

lol, what?
Overall, they are pretty confident. Some are still a bit cautious, but most are believers again because of Browning.

I expect the Bengals to come with some good energy and win this game, injuries have killed the Vikings and they are at a point where they are going to break if the Bengals can keep playing at a high level.
The defense is playing well, only giving up 1 TD to a team that had won 4 straight is impressive. The Vikings are struggling and have back ups playing at important positions all over their offense(QB, RB, and #1 WR) so this is game the Bengals should win..

Don't they have a good D? I'm not going to look past this team just because their O is a joke.
We shouldn't be looking past any team.
One thing is for certain: the Nordic fans do travel well—even if many likely “travel” only within the Tri-State.
The last time they were here, there were multitudes of them at PBS. That “skol” crap was going on at every concourse level.

Aint gonna happen this week.
Bengal fans will drown out any pathetic attempt at weak Viking hoopla...

I think this one will be a rout. Vikings have no offense at the moment and may be without Jefferson.
Bengals just need to keep it simple, run game, screens, limit turnovers, and they can easily win by 20+.

As long as Browning doesn't come back down to earth we should win this.
OK Nick Mullens is a guy who can pass the ball but he's no threat to run it. I think most defenses can seal with that. It's the mobile guys that are hard to prepare for.
I think Vikes have a few OL starters who are out too. Guys like Tre and DJ need to dominate their matchups, especially against a pocket pitcher like Mullens.
That said, Minny has some very good skill guys like Jefferson who I’m sure will play, and TJ Hockenson at TE.

Trying to find some info on Mullens.
He’s a pure journeyman—but started 16 games for SF during his 3-year time there.
Did break Farve’s single season opassing records at Southern Miss, so has some game it would seem.

Brian Flores will definitely be trying to confuse the inexperienced Browning at the line of scrimmage with different pressure packages. Minnesota uses the fewest standard 4 man rush packages in the NFL.
No special plays to Irv. Just run offense from past two weeks.
Irv Smith shouldn't be in the stadium.
Irv Smith revenge game?
I don’t think we are going to see Dobbs. Not sure why they played him after #2 got healthy.
Even fans of other teams don't get it!

A clash of titans in this game. Trey Hendrickson vs Christian Darrisaw.
That matchup is going to be as much fun to watch as the entire game.

Some scores:
34-10 Bengals
Bengals 30
Vikings 16
Vikings 16
Bengals win 27 -13
Did I actually see the score correctly and the Vikings game was 3-0?
I'm just going to go out on a limb and say we win this one
Bengals 35
Vikings 10

Browning is going to put some HUGE numbers...gets the win and the NFL talking about him.
Browning has me back to being a believer. Again if he continues his play we should win. Vikings are spiraling right now.
Right, Justin Jefferson got his ribs cracked hard and reportedly he's said, "I refuse to take another pass from Dobbs." Dobbs hung him out to dry BIG TIME!!
lol, what?
Bengals should win, of course. But in the NFL you can’t take anything for granted.
I mean the Vikings did just pitch a shutout. That’s hard to do no matter who you play. And I’m guessing it’s going to be Mullens. No Josh Dobbs to kick around a second time.
At any rate, with the hole the Bengals have been digging themselves out of, and with an away game at KC looming on the horizon, this is another must-win game. Just as Jacksonville was. Just as Indy was.
Bengals probably control their own destiny at this point. Which is all we can ask for, after they had a losing record after the Pittsburgh game and facing at that point the 2nd toughest upcoming schedule in the league. One thing we can say about the Bengals team: these are guys one would want to share a foxhole with.

I will go...
Bengals - 27
Vikings - 17
I bet they play some good Defense, enough to force a turnover or two and they keep us under 30.
Our Defense is starting to really step up though and they play even better. We will see.

Bengals: A number so large its proper expression will require the use of a positive exponent.
Vikings: A small integer.
Vikings: A small integer.
Jefferson will play, unknown QB hard to game plan for, that makes this a close one but the drunken who deys will help get us over the hump in a 26 to 20 victory.
The playcalling on 1st and 2nd down
Has to be on point. Can't afford any minimal
Gains of yards or penalty
Vikings love to blitz and any kind of 3rd
And long can prove to be a long day for Browning.
I can envision a big day by Hudson and Jamar Chase
By having the Vikings pay for blitzing

27 -17 Bengals we have the better QB and our D should be able to stop pocket passer Nick Mullens. Vikings D is really good maybe a smidge better than ours. Their secondary does get exposed from time to time.
TJ Hockenson may go over 1000 yards if we continue to allow TEs to roam free. The Vikings have a good run defense; we can't stop trying to run the ball if we fall behind early.
Oh boy, Hockenson worries me in this game alright. Think we ought to give Ivey a shot in covering him with his length. Hilton is too small and our LB's aren't quite fast enough to cover a dude of Hockenson's ability. My worry as always is the TE leading up to this game.
If the Bengals can’t win this they don’t deserve a postseason.
This should be another Bengals win against the Vikings. Them and their stupid SKOL chant can kiss my ass.
I have bashed the heck out of Browning and wanted nothing to do with him to start the season.
Nice to be proven incorrect and see him be able to get wins for this team.
Even though I still don't like the long term outlook for the team this season, it's nice to know it appears we have a decent backup.
Seeing as how there aren't enough starters to go around (especially this year) that's a nice problem to have.
He's an exclusive rights free agent as well, so the Bengals have the ability to bring him back without him simply walking away.
I like a QB room that looks like Burrow, Browning and McCarron, although I think McCarron won't want to stay as a #3.
He's older and wants to be in the league, so you never know.
Bottomline... I feel better about the state of our QB room moving forward.

I just read the last 2 weeks the Bengals O-Line is ranked 2nd. It pisses me off because I’m pretty sure they rank 2nd these last couple weeks because they actually are running a balanced offense. This is what happens when you run the ball, or run screens, and throw it deeper down the field more then a couple times a game. I hope Taylor, Burrow and the rest of the offense learns something from this.
Personally, I don't think it matters who they start. Both Dobbs and Mullens are equally terrible and not who you want starting.
I just thought it was funny they didn't know. It's not like they are springing their secret weapon on the Bengals or something.
Just pick the least smelly turd and move on.
Does that mean the Bengals are definitely going to win the game? We already know the answer to that question.
The Bengals have lost to more smellier turds than Dobbs and Mullens.
All that being said, the Bengals win this game at home. If not, the glory of the last couple of wins is quickly gone.
WHODEY !!!

Bengals should just run the offense from the games they win, lol. The Bengals have 3 of the 4 top 10 yardage defenses coming up, the 4th being Pittsburgh.
Jake looked like a deer in headlights vs. Pittsburgh. A great coaching job to get him playing the way he has the last 2 games. To produce enough offense to qualify for playoffs they'll probably need another adjustment or two from the past couple games.
The screen success of the Bengals was produced with motion forcing the Colts to show they are in zone. Then deep routes paired with play action to get their LBs to run off into zone coverage once reading pass and throw the screen underneath with an aggressive pass rush. They attempted one late game and the D-line guy got the memo and didn't rush.
What happens when the defense shows man and you have that screen called? Joe Burrow would have had multiple plays to check into. Will Jake? That's the next hurdle, I guess.
Roll up nearly 400 yards/30 points the next 4 weeks. Bengals could be rolling into a QB controversy next year, lol. That would be impressive QBing. I think the Bengals will need a couple shut down defensive performances next 4 weeks to make playoffs.
