Good point...the Hockenson trade is often one of the few things that fans put in the "W" column for Kwesi, but that's becoming less and less of "W" with each passing week...

The question should become: what are the true "W's" that fans can put in Kwesi's "W" column vs the "L's"?

I moved the Hockenson trade to the "L" column as soon as Kwesi handed him a market setting contract after proving absolutely nothing for us in 9 game last year. Nothing worthy of making that kind of money anyway. A guy worthy of that kind of money should've been able to shed a tackle on 4th and 8 with the season on the line. He should've been dealt instead of giving him such a contract, and now he's quickly becoming a liability. Hock and his agent definitely won that one.

Some liked to count TJ as a 2nd round draft pick for Kwesi too, to try and boost that draft class for him, but that went out the window with the contract too because a true 2nd round pick would still be on his rookie contract.

The only "W" you can really give him now are Addison and ... and ... I guess letting Thielen, Kendricks, and Cook go. Which were no-brainers and probably should've happened a year sooner when we maybe could've gotten something for them. So kudos to Kwesi for not shelling out more big contracts to liabilities.

It's getting really hard to root for the team vs draft pick.

Well to be fair to spence, his 3 losses were Eagles, Chiefs, and 49ers, so he's 2/2 on that so far. *thumb_up*

I think a convincing case is being made that him being head coach and calling plays is too much.

The Oline was fantastic today and gave the QB all day to throw. Didn't matter because the rest of the offense couldn't execute consistently, the D was torched by the best in the NFL, and we only ended scoring 20.

Someone on the board said this a few weeks ago. We are exactly the same team we were last year, just not getting as lucky. We suck. Trade half the team, fire the coach, do something. This isn't working.
