Not to beat a dead horse, but if Osborne doesn't give the defender the ball on the goal line against the Bucs last week, and doesn’t have 2 critical drops last night, that could've been the difference between 0-2 and 2-0.
Look, we all know the turnovers were the primary reason for both losses, I'm just trying to wrap my head around why he's seemingly regressed from the guy we saw dominate the Colts last year and was a primary factor in that comeback victory, to the guy making game-changing mistakes.
Maybe being the #3 receiver had a lot to do with his success last year being that he was always covered by either a nickel or a safety? What I DO know is that if KOC doesn't immediately promote Addison to the #2 receiver, then he's even less of an offensive mind than I believe he is, which isn't much, FTR.
As a rookie, Addison has shown that he can make the big plays and unlike Osborne, can create separation from corners.
Agreed. My guess is playing time wise the two biggest changes we see are more Addison and more Chandler.
I'm not guessing any changes are coming for Booth or Cine
Gotta be honest, I'll believe it when I see it regarding Chandler over Mattison, just because KOC has shown a high level of stubbornness. But I hope you're right.
I'm not convinced yet that EITHER is deserving of a #1 RB job. I know Mattison isn't, I just haven't seen enough of Chandler to formulate an ultimate evaluation. I definitely believe he'd be better than A.M., he certainly couldn't be worse.
