There are a few outliers but if I had to guess most would say they want the Vikings to keep JJ. There are always some factors to consider though. If he won't sign for a reasonable contract you need to start considering a plan B. The other factor is that a good GM (ours doesn't seem to qualify as 'good') would consider every player for sale for the right offer. This is just my opinion. But anyway, if you were the GM and a team offered you 5 first round picks for him, I think most would take that deal. But realistically, what trade offer would you accept for JJ if you were the GM? Is it two firsts and two seconds? I think thats where I would be. As mentioned by someone else above, we are in a bad spot because even if we end up on this crappy path where we have a sellers' record at week 7 or so, its not like our GM drafts well anyway so the extra draft capital isn't going to help a whole lot. It sure is frustrating to watch other rookies around the league playing well and contributing to their team's success on the field while ours are barely noticeable.
