I usually agree with you but this statement is not at all in the context of the contracts to people in all if not most every f'n job on the planet, and you know that! These contracts take 10 lawyers to analyze their efficacy for the team! There's no need to, regarding having the team pay the player/EMPLOYEE an agreed upon salary. Pffff... any business could just fire or lay off an employee with really no reason given. Just "hey your being replaced by so and so, sorry" or "You're fired" but BIG NFL contracts are like reading Chinese! I doubt many people here get to hold out of camps LOL Maybe Office gatherings :) to keep their job! Due to the fact they are being overpayed. Again these contracts aren't like the recent graduate signing at Apple! Come on really. Cook got MILLIONS and he deserved it, those days are over for him!
